This dictionary consists of contributions made by voluntary Internet users. The contributors are not
paid for their entries in any way. Due to several incidents of abuse in previous version of the
submission system, contributors who made entries then are made anonymous in this version.
Contributors who want to be credited for old entries should contact the editor (see web site for contact
information).
The entries are not guaranteed to be accurate. No responsibility is taken for the content. Although the
entries may describe terms that are racist, sexist, blasphemous or derogatory in other ways, the
descriptions themselves should be in a neutral language. If you find entries with derogatory
descriptions, you may contact the editor (see web site for contact information).
This dictionary, or part of it, is not to be used for commercial purposes. “Mirroring” on other web sites

hivna' (pile of shit) The accent is on the last
syllable.

дєрмо ~ d'ermo (noun) ‡ shit NOTE This always
refers to the smelly product of defecation.
'd'ermo' is probably the worst grade of shit,
along with 'srach'. 'hivno' is a little less strong.
'kaka' is milder yet, suitable even for small
children.

from 'cap' (billy goat). A stereotypical 'kacap'
has a goatee beard, but the term is used
derogatively for any Russian. Accent is on
'cap'.

NOTE Typical usage is 'idy na khuj!' (get
fucked!), literally (go on a cock). 'na khuj' is a
two syllable phrase with the accent on 'na'.

you!), or with 'znaje' (knows) as in 'chort
znaje' (only the Devil knows). Also combined

pronounciation is not standardized since this
word doesn't appear in dictionaries.
